Al Dau Heights is located at the beginning of the Northern end of the promenade. The distance between the project and the sea is: 200m At the far southern end of the promenade is our Steigenberger Al Dau Club Hotel where we will offer beach use to our tenants.
The elevation on which our apartment buildings are located is approx 21m above sea level. Given that the average floor height is 3.3 m, units which are located starting from the second level will all have a panoramic sea view. The details of units with remarks are provided as a supplement to this document.
The underground garage is mainly dedicated to visitors of the commercial area of the project. The residents will have non-dedicated open air parking lots. As you may see in our master layout (provided as supplement) each apartment building will have its own parking spaces. There are also two multi purpose open air car parks to serve the project.
The use of the parking lots inside the project is for free.
Hurghada 2 is a newly developed area of Hurghada, which is located approx 5km from the old city center. It started off as a periphery to the old city and has developed over the past 5 years to become the central location for visitors. Hurghada 2 is made up of beach front hotels, new residential and commercial developments as well as a 2.5km long promenade. The promenade is currently the central attraction of Hurghada. It hosts a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, night clubs and retail/commercial/bank outlets.
Hurghada 2 is well connected to the Hurghada International airport at a proximity of approx 3km.
