The area really took off as an emerging tourist destination following the opening of Marsa Alam International Airport, which is located 45km to the north of the Marsa Alam Beach Resort. The airport receives flights from a large number of European cities, including London and Manchester.

Marsa Alam town is located 14km to the south of Marsa Alam Beach Resort.

The exact plot of the Beach Resort is located between the Marsa Alam Ventaclub and the Brayka Bay Resort.

Marsa Alam Beach Resort is designed as a purpose-built resort and therefore has all of the facilities that a holidaymaker would need on site.

Buyers of the Two-Bedroom Standard or Two-Bedroom End apartments can opt into Marsa Alam Beach Resort's Guranteed Rental Scheme which offers a guaranteed 10% annual return for a period of five years. Other types of apartments can be entered into a rental pool grouped with other units of the same type. Excellent rental returns are anticipated from all of these units as the resort will be marketed extensively, but they do not offer guaranteed rentals as is the case with the two-bedroom units.

Furniture packs are available for all of the apartments in this development, starting at EUR3950 for a Junior Suite. These furniture packs are mandatory for anyone wishing to enter the resort's rental pool
